Sales Development Representative for cold calls

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to target the US market. The ideal candidate will excel in a remote, asynchronous environment and possess the skill to connect with clients by understanding their core business challenges.

Responsibilites
  • Working Hours: Aligned with US time zones (e.g., 5 PM – 1 AM EEST);
  • Proactive Outbound Outreach: Execute 50-70 cold calls daily to potential US clients across targeted industries (e-commerce, retail, manufacturing);
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify key decision-makers (Marketing Directors, E-commerce Managers, CTOs) and qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT framework);
  • CRM Management: Meticulously log all call activities, notes, and lead statuses in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure a clean and actionable pipeline;
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the senior sales team with a clear handover of context and pain points;
  • Script Development & Iteration: Collaborate with the marketing team to continuously refine and improve cold calling scripts and talking points based on conversion data and market feedback;
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report on market trends, common objections, and competitive insights from prospect interactions.

What you’ll help us to do:

Required skills:
  • At least 1 year of cold calling experience;
  • Experience in IT or online services;
  • Understanding of how to work with and without scripts;
  • Understanding of how to address business pain points;
  • Experience with email marketing;
  • English level B2+

  • Ability to understand and address business pain points during sales conversations.
  • Proactive and self-driven with excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Collaborative mindset for working with marketing and sales teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially for CRM management.
