We would like to share some very important news for us – on October 28, 2021, the first meetup of the Pro Magento community took place. This was made possible thanks to the efforts of a huge number of specialists and enthusiasts with the full support of IT Delight.
Alongside Shopware development services, we specialize in Magento development. And there are a few words about this Magento community. Pro Magento is a new space where Magento developers can find like-minded people, discover new opportunities for development as specialists, and boost career growth. It is important to note that Pro Magento is a large-scale community founded in Kharkiv under the patronage of IT Delight.
We are delighted and proud of it. At the same time, we understand the great responsibility, so we will try our best to drive and boost the Magento community to show the prospects of this technology for all: potential e-commerce companies and young talents who have just stepped on the exciting path of Magento 2 development.
To this end, we plan to conduct regular Magento 2 meetups, and the next one is already scheduled for December this year, where rock-star developers from Ukraine and abroad will share their experiences with the community, answering questions and giving inspiration by their example.
Magento 2 meetup — how it was
The first meetup was devoted to the topic of Magento Optimization. We tried very hard to ensure that everything went to the highest standard because the first meetup would set the vibe for all future events.
The speakers of the first Magento 2 developers community event were world-class experts: Stanislav Matyavin, Senior Fullstack Magento developer from Mygento eCommerce Solutions, and Vitaly Zabaznov, Performance track Team Lead at Adobe. Each of them made a 40 min report. During breaks, everyone could ask questions to the lecturers. IT delight specialists took on administrative roles this time. The presenter was Igor Iemelianov, CEO at IT Delight, and the moderator was Andrei Zabara, Magento Tech Lead at IT Delight.
