Senior Project Manager

Requirements

– 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
– Ability to plan workload and allocate resources within projects;
– Ability to competently communicate with the clients and make decisions regarding the project;
– Ability to manage the complete cycle of project development, from budget planning to timely releases;
– Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

– Planning and calculation of the budget and delivery plan;
– Team organization and management, ensuring their high productivity;
– Management of the full cycle of project development: task planning, control of the development process,
designation of risks, risk management;
– Communication with the team, client, and company management;
– Participation in presales (estimation, preparation of a commercial offer);
– Development of a story/task description for the team;
– Management of several projects at the same time.

Would be a plus

– Experience with e-commerce projects
– Knowledge of the German language
